2 – Intellectual property and counterfeiting.

QAMIAB owns the intellectual property rights and holds the usage rights on all elements accessible on the website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, architecture, icons and sounds.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited, except with the prior written authorization of QAMIAB . 

Any unauthorized use of the site or any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement and will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code . 


3 – Limitations of liability.

QAMIAB cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the site www.naali.fr .

QAMIAB declines all responsibility for the use that could be made of the information and content present on www.naali.fr .

QAMIAB undertakes to secure the site as best as possible www.naali.fr , however its responsibility cannot be called into question if unwanted data is imported and installed on its site without its knowledge.

Interactive spaces (contact or comments space) are available to users. QAMIAB  reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this space which contravenes the legislation applicable in France, in particular the provisions relating to data protection.

6 – Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction.

Any dispute relating to the use of the site www.naali.fr  is subject to French law. Except in cases where the law does not permit it, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Lyon .

 


7 – Right of withdrawal and “satisfied or refunded” guarantee

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty. After this period, Naali offers a “satisfied or refunded” commercial guarantee extended to 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. This guarantee allows the customer to request a refund if the product does not suit them.

In all cases, return costs are the responsibility of the customer , who remains responsible for the proper delivery of the returned package. The product must be returned in its original packaging, intact and complete. Once the product has been received and checked, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days
